QR8014 is a kind of extinction curing agent of weather-resistant polyester /TGIC system combined with TGIC. This product can provide about 8% low gloss, coating has good fluidity and good mechanical properties.

l The minimum gloss is about 10% when used in polyester /TGIC system. The coating has good fluidity and good mechanical properties such as positive impact

l For better shock resistance and leveling, cure at 200℃ [metal temperature]

l It is recommended to check the matching of the corresponding polyester resin before using this product

l The product's resistance to heat and humidity is poor, with a tendency to yellowing

3．Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l The dosage is 1-5.5% of the total weight of the formula

l Based on the chemical equivalent of this product, an additional 1.1 TGIC should be added to QR8014 per weight to adjust the gloss to design the formula

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags of 25 kg net eac

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
