QR8006 is a compound chemical matting agent, which can provide better mechanical properties, excellent leveling and excellent resistance to yellowing in powder coatings. The ratio of reaction with epoxy resin is 1:1.3 has a good matting effect in the resin of 50/50~60/40.

l The dosage of QR8006 is 1-3% of the total formula of powder coating, which can provide a minimum gloss of about 10%. This product is more suitable for powder coating with 10-40% gloss.

l Curing conditions were 190℃/15 min or 200℃/12 min
